Using the prompts, lessons and tools
The prompts, lessons and tools are free to use in your own practice. They help with office work. They are not clinical, legal, billing or compliance advice. AI tools can make mistakes, so a person on your team must check every draft before it is used.
Never put patient information into an AI tool. You are responsible for following your practice's privacy rules and the terms of any AI tool you use. Use only AI tools your practice has approved.
Please do not resell or republish the prompt library as your own product. We do not promise any result from using the prompts or tools.
Sponsor terms
Approval. We review every sponsor before an ad runs. Sponsors must be real companies that serve dental practices. We can turn down any sponsor or ad, for example for claims we cannot check, clinical or health claims, or a poor fit for our readers.
Refund if we do not approve you. If we do not approve your company or your ad, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Labeling. Every paid placement is labeled Sponsored, and sponsor links are marked as sponsored. Your ad never appears inside a prompt or inside an AI answer.
Your ad. You send us your logo, text and link. You are responsible for making sure your ad is true and that you have the rights to everything in it. Ads may not include patient information or promise health results. We may shorten an ad or add labels, and we show you the final version before it runs.
Dates. We agree on your start date or issue dates with you by email. If we have to skip or move an issue, your spot moves to the next issue.
Prices. A monthly sponsor spot is $500 a month and runs in every issue that month. Issues go out every Tuesday and Thursday. A single issue is $200 for one sponsor spot in one issue.
Two spots per issue. Each issue has 2 sponsor spots. We never sell more than 2 paid spots in an issue.
Cancelling single issues. You can cancel any single issue that has not been sent, if you tell us at least 5 business days before it goes out, and we refund that issue. Issues that have already been sent cannot be refunded.
Monthly plan. You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges. The month you already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.
No guarantees. We do not promise audience size, clicks, leads or sales. Ask us for the current list size before you buy.
Your data and ours. Sponsors do not receive our subscriber list. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Limit of liability. Our total liability for a sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for it.
General
Florida law applies to these terms. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in place when you bought.
