DENTAL AI LESSON

Check an AI draft before anyone sees it

A review routine for dental marketing, staff materials, and public website copy.

Treat every output as a draft.

AI can produce confident language without dependable evidence. Assign a human reviewer before material is published, sent, or used in staff training.

Check facts against the source.

Open every link. Confirm the source actually supports the sentence beside it. Compare services, names, qualifications, locations, opening hours, and prices with approved practice material. Remove any detail you cannot verify.

Look for claims the prompt never asked for.

Watch for invented testimonials, patient outcomes, awards, availability, guarantees, or statements that the practice is the best. Ask the tool to flag missing information, but do not rely on that instruction as a substitute for review.

Check the audience and boundaries.

Public marketing copy should not become personalized diagnosis or treatment advice. Clinical statements need review by the appropriate qualified professional. Confirm the draft uses clear language and does not expose private information.

Keep a review record.

Save the approved source, final version, reviewer, and review date in the practice’s own system. When facts change, update the published material rather than assuming the old AI output remains correct.
